Opening Training Session Signup

Training session sign up is optional in Training Management. The following options are available and must be discussed by your organization before determining how training sessions will be managed. The following are scenarios commonly used by customers:

 

  1. From the Training Session record, click the Roster link.
    Result: The Roster folder is displayed.
  2. Click Action > Open Signup.
  3. Click the OK button to confirm.
    Result: The Training Status now displays as Signup Open.
